We maintain project files for a reasonable period after project completion. Clients are encouraged to download and securely store all final deliverables upon receipt.

Unless otherwise requested by the client, all creative work produced by Codenimbuz is created specifically for each project. We aim to provide original, high-quality solutions tailored to our clients’ business goals.
Projects generally require an upfront payment before work begins. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Final files, website migration, or ownership transfer may be withheld until all outstanding payments have been received.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, branding materials, images, login credentials, and timely feedback required for project completion.
Project delays resulting from missing information or delayed approvals may impact delivery timelines.
Codenimbuz shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
